The Delivery Policy Applicability

NB: The delivery commitment of ITellect Outsource Services LLP is subject to;

• Till the agreed upon payment are cleared, a project is taken to be void.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of ITellect Outsource Services LLP is limited to the value of the portion remains incomplete with us at any given point of time.ITellect Outsource Services LLP shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising due to the non-deliverance or deliverance of the services, at any point of time. Any liability for refund holds only in the even when the project has been cancelled by the client and the same has been communicated timely to ITellect Outsource Services LLP in writing or any means as agreed upon previously.

Processing of Refunds

Any partial payments will be processed by ITellect Outsource Services LLP and mailed within 180 days from the date on which the cancellation has been processed. The method of refund, whether by means of Check or Credit Card will be the one that has been agreed upon mutually by the parties involved at the time of acceptance of the project.

The full refunds will be processed by ITellect Outsource Services LLP and mailed within 50 days from the date on which the cancellation has been processed.
